Project Scope

Based on our initial meeting, the main priority for Field House is a visual identity. Our goal is to create a visual identity for Field House that fully encompasses the prophetic history and ties in with Zion, your home church.

Our secondary priority is to build a website. This website will tell the story of Field House as well as provide information about upcoming releases and past recordings of live worship. We also dreamed of future uses for the website such as hosting a request form for the worship team, merchandise, and future courses and trainings.

Proposed Timeline

Phase 1 is very collaborative. Together we'll dive deeper into Field House's values in order to help create a visual identity. There will be a questionnaire that we’ll walk through and establish key decision makers at this time.

Timeline: 2 - 5 days.

Phase 2 Includes 2 - 3 logo mockups, stylized visuals, and color palette. From here, we'll narrow down the visual identity of Field House.

Timeline: 3 - 4 weeks.

In Phase 3, we'll begin building the web framework and establish the foundation of the flow of the website.

Timeline: 1 - 2 weeks

Phase 4 will take the content that you'll create for the website and arrange it to the web framework. We'll also do any final tweaks to the website at this time.

Timeline: 1 - 2 Weeks

At Phase 5, we'll begin exporting all logo files you'll need for any and all projects moving forward. We'll also have a finalized website that will also allow for further development.

Proposed Budget & Payment Plans

Being stewards of any budget Is a high priority for me. I want to make sure that we're delivering a project on time that meets all of your expectations. That being said, I want to be budget conscious and allow for different phases to have a clear payment schedule. You may either pay over time or make a one time payment.
